New Blog Changes

I had this blog for few years but I haven't post anything much lately. I made decision that I'm doing this for inspiration via Instagram posts such as recipes, fitness, travel and others. Using this for reference or any kind of information that I will sharing from Instagram.

Mid-year 2016 Update

JC, Chuck and I went through terrible allergies on January and February due to El Nino had hit LA. We had a good amount of rain we needed but not enough since last one was on March. It still severe drought here in SoCal.

Last week of March, We flew to Columbus, Ohio (through Oakland) to visit Chuck's family for the week. First stopped to eat dinner at Rubino's Pizza where Chuck grew up eating pizza in Bexley. We stayed at my in laws in Lancaster the whole week. We had a great time exploring around Ohio and its beautiful spring in Ohio. Some days was warm and some other day was chilly weather.

On June, We flew to Seattle for our Alaskan cruise. First we sailed out of Seattle on our way north. First port stop was in Juneau. We took a Mt. Roberts Tramway which is beautiful up on top of the mountain with amazing birdeye view of Juneau. We went to Hubbard Glacier and its beautiful glacier we ever seen and saw some fallen ices from the wall. Second port stop in Sitka which is south from Juneau. Took a walk to Sitka national historic park which is beautiful. Third port stop in Ketchikan which was short time than we would liked. Took an "Duck" tour of the town and into the water. Fourth stop in Victoria, British Columbia. It was JC's first visit to Victoria and we had a quick dinner and Miniature museum. We ended our cruise in Seattle. We hang out in the city all day by visited Space Needle then drove to Tacoma for Auto Museum that boys wanted to see. We had one hour flight delay to LAX but made home around midnight.

As far my workout goes...I did well keeping up few times a week after my vacation to Alaska. I did all Jessica Smith DVDs and Barre3 streaming. Im currently doing 21 Day Fix.

Eating did not go well as I would liked. Im working on research for more ideas on healthy option and go through cookbooks which I wanted to start with. Not enough fruit and veggie as I would liked.  Good news is that I haven't drink soda this year.

I just starting working on JC's memory book and I will continue doing it every Wednesday.

I've read lot of books this year than before.
